To ensure that this Hotel has publicness (is accepted by public) and provides a safe and comfortable stay to guests, the following rules need to be followed: Not abiding by these rules may lead to cancellation of stay and/or refusal to use the hotel facilities.
Further, if you happen to damage any equipment or fixtures inside the hotel premises, the Hotel reserves a right to charge you the full cost of the same.

100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after check-in date or on No show
100 percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled in between 1 day(s) before check-in date and before on check-in date
Free Cancellation if cancelled in between booking date and 1 day(s) before check-in date
Terms & Conditions:
All bills to be settled on check-out. If your organization is on approved Credit List, then bill to company facility can be extended against written billing instruction. In all such cases, bills must be settled within 15 days from check-out date.
All arrivals prior to 07.00 hrs. will be held & charged for from the previous evening.
In the absence of arrival timing / a contact Cell-phone number, all confirmed reservations will be deemed guaranteed up to 16.00 hrs. and may be released thereafter.
Check in 12:00 PM. & Check out time is 11 AM. Early Arrival and Late departure is subject to availability/charge. Your reservation is guaranteed through one of the following:
1. Guaranteed through a Credit card
2. Guaranteed through a Company Letter
3. Guaranteed through Advance Payment.
4. Guaranteed through Travel Agent Voucher.
A no-show / cancellation of a guaranteed reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival, will attract one-night's retention charges.
Seasonal Compulsory Supplements (X-Mas and New Year and etc.), If any will be charged EXTRA whenever applicable.
Rates are subject to change without prior intimation.
Group bookings are guaranteed only upon advance/vouchers received 30 days prior to check-in. Booking where Vouchers / Advance is not received as stipulated above shall be subjected to availability. No Refund/Full retention will be charged in case of a cancellation received within 7 days to the check-in of the group.
Individual booking is guaranteed only upon advance (non-credit TA)/voucher from credit TA7 days prior to check-in. In the event of non-receipt of advance / Voucher as stipulated rooms will be subject to availability. In the absence of a written cancellation 48 hrs. before check-in of a confirmed reservation one night's retention will be charged to the agency.
No advance will be refunded/adjusted & full retention will be charged in case of a cancellation received within 48 hrs. of the check-in.
Current government regulations require all guests to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. This could be a passport (essential for all foreigners), Driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card or any other Identity Card issued by the Government of India with address proof. Pan Card will not be accepted as Proof of Identity.
GST detail has to be produce by guest, at the time of reservation/ check in, if GST detail require on bill.
Any changes or amendment in GST detail on invoices will be accepted within 24 hours only. After bill generation as per GST rule.
